Do I need a business account to order?
Yes, we supply strictly to registered businesses. New customers will need to complete the account application. Please speak to our lovely team member to get assistance with the registration process.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes, minimum order to be $250 and free of charge for delivery.

We deliver within Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth. For details regarding if your area is covered, please contact our friendly team members nearest to your area and we will be happy to assist your concern.
How often do you deliver?
We offer free delivery for minimum order of $250 from Monday to Saturday.
Do you offer refrigerated delivery?
Absolutely. All our deliveries are transported via certified cold-chain logistics to ensure freshness and food safety.

Payments & Support
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, cheque and COD (Cash on Delivery). Terms can be applied differently depending on your credit term when registering account with us.
What if there’s an issue with my order?
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us within 24 hours for prompt assistance. Please see our attached policy on stock returned and credit claim.
